Based on your goals, abilities, and equipment you have available, we will construct a fantastic fitness plan for you to do at home, and help you progress through it.
ATTEND A GROUP WORKOUT SESSION
We have several types of group workouts, live-streamed at convenient times throughout the day and week. They will each have descriptions of the goals trained, suggested ability level, and equipment needed. Choose the one that suits you, and join in!

We will talk live by video about your desired results, review any current workouts, concerns or limitations, check mobility, and identify the best plan for success!

Weekly challenges will include fun things like:
Check out a new walking, running, or biking path.
Try a new workout format - like yoga for the lifters, lifting for the yogi’s!
Try a new healthy food and share your recipe.
Connect with a family member.
Help someone who needs it.
And of course, fun fitness measurables like squats and planks, and more!
The best part, you will share it all in a fun and connected group where you can share chats, pictures, videos as well as ask questions of each other and Me, the trainer!
The Challenge is FREE. Here are the details:
Weekly challenges based on YOUR goals in each of the 3 areas (Activity, Nourishment, Mental/Spiritual health). Example: if this week is steps, one person can choose 5,000 steps per day, and another can choose 15,000. They are your goals!
Group messaging and success sharing in a private group (not Facebook) forum.
”Ask a Fitness Pro” Office Hours multiple times weekly to get all your questions answered.
Workout videos and activity guidance on how to succeed while you stay home.
All of the above is and will be absolutely free.

Custom Coached Training Plan
All Custom Coached Plans include:
Fully Personalized Training Plan that suits your fitness level and available resources.
Two live-streamed, individual instruction sessions in the first month, then monthly afterward. Here’s a sample.
Daily workout plans sent by mobile app, with videos and instructions.
Meal Plan review and coaching.
Access to group fitness-style videos and workouts of the day videos.
Private messaging and question response daily, and Office Hours multiple times weekly for additional live contact.
Consider Custom Coached if any apply: You like to do your own thing and you would benefit from at least a refresher on some exercises; also, if you have joint pain or orthopedic limits; anxiety, dread, or not much successful fitness history.
